Yes, discount rates vary depending on the statuses earned. Details are in the table included in the ruleset.

When will my points be reflected in my account?
Your points are reflected in your account within 24 hours.

What is the validity period of my points?
Points are determined based on your stays within the last 5 years and your points do not have a certain validity period. However, every 6th year, the points from 5 years ago are deleted. This process means that maximum stays in 5 years ensure that you have reached the highest status.

I just joined the Loyalty Program. When and how can I get my loyalty card?
There is no physical card. All you have to do is download the mobile application of the hotel you are staying in and sign up.

Why did I lose my status and how can I get it back?
If the number of accommodations decreases in the last 5 years, a loss of status may take place. In order to maintain or upgrade your status, you must continue your accommodation by preferring group hotels.

To terminate your Loyalty Program membership, you can simply delete your membership via the hotel's mobile application.

My points have not been transferred to my account. What can I do?
Points are automatically credited to your account after your stay every night. If your points have not been credited, it is recommended that you contact the guest relations team of the hotel you are staying in.

I cannot activate my Loyalty Program membership / I have not received an activation e-mail. What can I do?
No activation e-mail is required for Liberty Hotels Loyalty Program membership. Being a member is the only thing you should do. Only a "welcome" email is sent.

Will I have a physical card? / I lost my card, what can I do?
There is no physical card, so losing it is not in question. You can keep track of your Liberty Hotels Loyalty Program membership via the mobile application.
