What is the validity period of my points?
Points are determined based on your stays within the last 5 years and your points do not have a certain validity period. However, every 6th year, the points from 5 years ago are deleted. This process means that maximum stays in 5 years ensure that you have reached the highest status.

I just joined the Loyalty Program. When and how can I get my loyalty card?
There is no physical card. All you have to do is download the mobile application of the hotel you are staying in and sign up.

Why did I lose my status and how can I get it back?
If the number of accommodations decreases in the last 5 years, a loss of status may take place. In order to maintain or upgrade your status, you must continue your accommodation by preferring group hotels.
